Notes - Estelle grew up in Pretoria until her father was transferred to Windhoek in February 1968. In Windhoek she attended the Emma Hoogenhout Primary School and matriculated in 1975 from Windhoek High School.
Following school she obtained a National Secretarial Certificate at the Pretoria Technicon and started to work at the South West African Roads Division as Secretary. In 1979 she accepted a position at the Windhoek Municipality where she worked as senior clerk until 1989 when she moved with her husband to Port Elizabeth.
In Port Elizabeth she is working at the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality (previously Port Elizabeth) in the Sport, Recreation, Arts and Cultural Services Business unit as a Personal Assistant.
